We feel extremely fortunate to have worked with Maurice Fuoco of The Fifth Wall. We undertook a major renovation to a 100-year old home. We were extremely concerned about maintaining the original details that had attracted us to the house, but we also wanted to open up the space and modernize the look and flow.
Maurice exceeded our every expectation. Renovations can be extremely stressful, but with Maurice we quickly realized we were in excellent hands. It was a privilege to work with someone in whose judgment we trusted completely. His attention to detail and the quality of his workmanship are totally uncompromising. He listened carefully to our priorities and provided excellent advice in terms of where best to allocate our budget. We are grateful for every decision that resulted from his careful and considered advice. Maurice was also extremely conscientious about our budget and about the timing of our project; we were able to move into our house on time, as scheduled.
We are thrilled with the final product. Our house exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful to have worked with a consummate professional like Maurice who is also one of the loveliest people we have ever met. He is one of a kind, and we can’t recommend him highly enough.
