The Fifth Wall, established by homebuilder Maurice Fuoco, has passionately helped Torontonians realize their custom home dreams for over two decades. The company specializes in both the management and building of projects produced in collaboration with architects and designers.

Our blend of hands-on construction knowledge and design experience helps us realize architectural visions – often outside the four walls of conventional building – while offering cost effective and high performance building solutions.

Our team consists of office staff, on-site managers and trades people who coordinate the project details with architects, engineers and designers for each unique project. We speak the same language, share the same passion and are committed to building and renovating homes of exceptional quality.

This is why, as a full-service building firm, we like to work with all stakeholders in a project from square one. We have a proven process that uncovers building priorities and goals, matches them to best suppliers and creates a clear plan moving forward, with a realistic budget and timeline.

The Fifth Wall team manages every detail of a project, keeping it on track, troubleshooting any unforeseen problems and communicating progress every step of the way. We can also provide ongoing care for a residence, to ensure that it looks and functions beautifully for years to come.

We are firm believers in continually honing our skills and we are committed to improving our craft. As a part of this commitment, we embrace new techniques and actively research contemporary building science.  As well, we are regularly involved in courses and training to:
