We worked with Maurice Fuoco over a period of 6 months, commencing late 2006 into 2007. The work primarily involved complete demolition of our kitchen and installation of a new kitchen, custom designed by the architectural firm Shim/Sutcliffe, Maurice coordinated and oversaw all of the necessary trades from the demolition to completion of a complex design. Because we live in an older building, many issues could not be settled until demolition, making this a fairly long undertaking. In the course of the project, we realized that additional work needed to be done in our condominium. Maurice was flexible and responded to each issue, whether large or small, with great professionalism and skill.
We were delighted with the quality of the work and with Maurice Fuoco’s particular attitude and work ethic. He is reliable, creative, trustworthy, has very good taste and is a pleasure to work with. HIs advice was well considered and helpful. Since we lived in the space while the work was going on, the project presented a particular challenge to the contractor. He managed it superbly. And we felt complete confidence leaving all work in his hands on the occasions we were out of town.
The project was completed to our total satisfaction and nothing was left unfinished. We highly recommend him for any projects that our might be considering.
